The festival 'To Save and Preserve” is an international unique project aiming to increase the professional level of journalists, operators, directors who make production films, television programs and information video materials on the ecological theme. The event was held on June 3-8, hosting 400 films from around the world.
‘Death of Kariz’ has also been accepted to Voices from the Waters – 2018, the 11th International Traveling Film Festival on Water, in India. It will go on screen at the festival on October 17.
The documentary ‘Death of Kariz’ is about a drying Qanat in Nodeh village in Gonabad, Razavi Khorasan province, and the spread of drought in that region.
